Burgundy, France | Red Wine | AOP Pernand‑Vergelesses | ABV 13.5%
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
A polished and expressive red from the gentle slopes of Côte de Beaune.
Hailing from a fifth-generation, sustainably-farmed estate just below the famous Corton hillside, this 2022 vintage reflects traditional yet respectful winemaking. Entirely destemmed, fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 12–15 months in a mix of oak and steel to balance freshness with depth
Tasting Notes
Bright garnet colour with a perfume of red cherries, forest berries, rose petal, and a hint of earthy spice. Crisp acidity and refined tannins on the palate give way to a lingering finish framed by subtle tobacco and woodland notes .
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with grilled pork, roast chicken, game birds, charcuterie, and medium-aged cheeses. Serve slightly chilled to accentuate its freshness.
Why We Love It
This is Burgundy with real character—elegant, terroir-driven, and a compelling expression of Pernand-Vergelesses. A terrific value at its level, offering genuine Côte de Beaune charm.
