Located on the lands of Moulis-en-Médoc, the former granary of Bordeaux, Châteaux Lalaudey and Pomeys benefit from a unique geographical location, between Margaux and Saint-Julien, on the highest ridge of the AOC Moulis, the Croupe de Bouqueyran, tertiary gravel terroir of Pyrenean origin. Châteaux Lalaudey and Pomeys have equipped themselves with facilities combining tradition and modernity to offer you the best of this terroir. Everything is done to meet a high quality objective: herbicides are prohibited to reconnect with the ancestral practice of tillage. A cellar with perfect humidity thanks to its natural ventilation. Particular care is taken in the choice of barrels from 8 different coopers. The Grands Crus oenologist, Eric Boissenot, provides advice on vinification and blending while the Biovitis company assists the teams in vine cultivation.
Tasting notes
Concentrated color, young ruby reflections. Fine woody vanilla nose, supported by notes of sloe, blackcurrant and iris. Beautifully sensual mouthfeel thanks to a tender and pure fruity palette, fresh and crunchy, with a beautiful finish. Healthy and good.
