From the historic Touraine appellation—home to crisp whites, vibrant reds, and fine sparkling wines—Touraine Brut is made from hand-picked Chenin Blanc (sometimes with Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay). Fermented both in tank and again in bottle, it delivers vibrant fruit, fine mousse, and bright minerality.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of green apple, pear, grapefruit, and subtle gooseberry. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing with citrus zest, delicate brioche, and mineral undertones—prickly yet refined, with a clean, stony finish.

Food Pairing
A perfect aperitif or companion to seafood, shellfish, light canapés, and fresh goat cheeses. Also works beautifully alongside sushi and vegetable tarts.
