This cuvée is made from hand-harvested Syrah and Grenache grapes grown on sun-drenched slopes in the Southern Rhône. Fermented with care in stainless steel, it delivers rich fruit intensity while retaining freshness and elegance.

Tasting Notes:
Deep plum and blackberry on the nose, with spicy accents of black pepper and garrigue. The palate is lush and velvety, featuring ripe fruit, soft tannins, and a warm, slightly earthy finish .

Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, stews, hearty pasta dishes, and medium-aged cheeses like Gouda or Comté. Excellent comfort food wine.
