• Nose: Fresh citrus (lemon zest, lime), green pear, acacia blossom, boxwood, with subtle chalky-mineral, flinty notes
• Palate: Crisp and clean – juicy stone- and orchard-fruit, with fine salinity, bright acidity, and elegant minerality.
