Liz, a New Zealander, and Robin Williamson, a Briton, met while working in London. After numerous wine-related travels, these two enthusiasts decided in 2003 to change countries, careers, and lifestyles to become winemakers in France, in the Languedoc! The 13-hectare estate is located 8 km west of Montpellier, and the entire vineyard is organically farmed.

Tasting notes

The S Blanc cuvée is composed of 50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Marsanne, and 10% Roussanne. It is a white wine with a lovely creamy texture, a pleasant richness, aromas of white fruits, and a fresh finish.

Food pairing

I'll share the last dish I served it with: a skewer of scallops, tuna, chorizo, and saffron. For a vegetarian option, take a gratin dauphinois out of the oven.
