Second wine from Domaine de Pavillon-Bouyot. One of the originalities of the commune of Preignac is to have numerous small wines, offering little-known but very interesting wines. The Domaine de Pavillon-Bouyot is one of them: its single hectare of vines is surrounded by forest and dry stone walls which guarantee its very particular and sought-after flavors. It delivers, from one season to the next, between 2000 and 3000 bottles.
Tasting notes
The dress sports a fairly convincing yellow-gold. The nose is intense and powerful (honey, quince, almonds). The mouth is both supple and tender, we find the aromas of olfaction. The whole is harmonious, and offers a sweet finish. Semi-cooked foie gras, duck with orange, sweet and savory exotic cuisine, Roquefort or as an accompaniment to a tarte tatin.
