Perfect as an after-dinner digestif served fresh coffee. Depaz Grande Réserve XO is a blend of rums which have been aged between 8 and 10 years.
An exceptional rum which develops rich yet balanced notes on the palate.
On the nose: spice, chocolate, rose and liquorice aromas give way to prune, vanilla ad soft oak notes.
On the palate: soft, fine vanilla and oak flavours. A rounded, extremely complex rum.
Perfect pairings: The refined flavours of Depaz Grande Réserve XO pair excellently with the sweet flavours of pineapple roasted in allspice leaves. Alternatively as an elegen accompaniment to apricot and chili chutney.
