Rhône Valley, France | Red Wine | AOP Crozes‑Hermitage | ABV 13.5%
Grape: 100% Syrah
A dynamic, peppery Syrah from a newly established Rhône estate with deep roots.
Founded by Philippe Jaboulet (formerly of Paul Jaboulet Aîné) and his son Vincent, this domaine covers notable Northern Rhône appellations including Crozes‑Hermitage. The 2022 harvest delivers a beautifully balanced Syrah—hand‑picked, carefully vinified, and designed for both approachability and depth.
Tasting Notes
Rich blackberry, dark cherry, and hint of forest floor on the nose, with subtle spice and elegant pepper notes. The palate is medium-bodied, with juicy black fruit, fresh acidity, polished tannins, and a lingering, mineral-tinged finish .
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with lamb chops, grilled sausages, stews, or hard cheeses. Also a strong match for Provençal dishes.
Why We Love It
This Crozes‑Hermitage is a fantastic entry point into Rhône Syrah—refined, expressive, and rooted in terroir and tradition. A compelling synergy of family legacy and modern finesse
