Hailing from gently sloping vineyards in Brouilly, just south of Mont Brouilly, this 2023 cuvée is hand-harvested and vinified using semi-carbonic maceration. It balances freshness, fruit, and earth — the true expression of its terroir.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, and wild cherry, with delicate floral and mineral hints. The palate is light to medium-bodied, offering juicy red fruit, supple structure, a whisper of spice, and a mineral-driven finish .
Food Pairing:
Delightful alongside charcuterie, roasted chicken, white meats, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses. Serve at around 14‑15 °C.
